Fleet – Vehicle Supplies

Track consumables and supplies carried by your field team vehicles.

Supply Categories

Organise your supplies into categories under Fleet → Supply Categories (e.g. "Chemicals", "Tools", "PPE").

Adding Supplies

1. Go to Fleet → Vehicle Supplies
2. Click + Add Supply
3. Enter:
   • Supply name
   • Category
   • Unit (e.g. litres, pcs)
   • Current quantity
4. Click Save

Tracking Stock

Update quantities when supplies are restocked or consumed. Use this to ensure technicians always have what they need before heading out.
