After signing up for BeanRails, follow these steps to get your account ready.
1. Complete Your Company Profile
Go to Settings → Company and fill in:
- Company name
- Business address
- Contact number
- Company logo (used on quotes and invoices)
2. Set Up Your Services
Go to Settings → Services to add the types of works your business offers (e.g. "Aircon Chemical Wash", "Pest Control – Residential").
3. Configure Invoice Settings
Go to Settings → Invoices to set:
- Invoice prefix and numbering
- Payment terms
- Bank details or payment instructions
4. Add Your Team
