Create and send professional quotes to your clients before converting them to works.
Creating a Quotation
- Go to Quotations → + New Quotation
- Select a Contact
- Add line items (service name, quantity, unit price)
- Add any notes or terms
- Click Save or Send to email it directly to the client
Quotation Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Not yet sent to client |
| Sent | Emailed to client, awaiting response |
| Accepted | Client approved — ready to convert to work |
| Rejected | Client declined |
Converting to a Work
Once a quote is accepted:
- Open the quotation
- Click Convert to Work
- Assign a technician, date, and time
- Save — the work is created with all quote details carried over
Tips
- Add your company logo in Settings → Company to make quotes look professional
- Use the Notes field for special instructions or terms
