Configure the rating criteria that customers are asked to score after a work is completed. Ratings are collected via the public tracking link.
Accessing Rating Settings
Go to Settings → Ratings.
Rating Criteria
You can configure between 2 and 5 rating criteria. Two defaults are pre-configured — Service / Goods and Driver Professional — but you can rename or replace them.
Each criterion card has the following fields:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The criterion name shown to the customer (e.g. Punctuality, Quality) |
| Description | Optional subtitle shown below the name on the rating form |
| Star Labels (1★ to 5★) | Custom labels for each star level. Defaults: Very poor, Poor, Okay, Good, Excellent |
| Allow comments | If enabled, customers can leave a written comment on this criterion |
| Require comments | If enabled, customers must enter a comment before submitting (only available when Allow comments is on) |
| Enabled | Toggle to include or exclude this criterion from the rating form |
Adding or Removing Criteria
- Click + Add Rating to add a new criterion (up to 5)
- Click Delete on a card to remove it (minimum 2 must remain)
Saving
Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply all changes at once.
Tip
Keep criterion names short and specific — customers are more likely to complete a rating form with clear, focused questions.
