Connect BeanRails to third-party systems to export and sync your data.

Accessing Integrations

Go to Settings → Integrations.

Available Integrations

SQL Accounting

Export your BeanRails data (contacts, invoices, payments) to a format compatible with SQL Accounting software.

To configure SQL Accounting:

1. Click on the SQL Accounting card
2. Set up your field mappings — map BeanRails fields to the corresponding SQL Accounting fields
3. Use the Export function to generate a compatible export file

Integration Field Mappings

Field mappings let you define how BeanRails data maps to fields in the external system. To configure mappings:

1. Go to Settings → Integrations
2. Click the SQL Accounting card
3. Map each BeanRails field to the corresponding external field
4. Save — the mappings are used automatically when you export

Review your field mappings any time you add custom headers or new data fields to ensure exports stay accurate.
