Starting & Completing a Work

Warning

You must be checked in before you can update a work's status or submit a work report. If you have not checked in yet, go to the Home tab and check in first.

Updating work status

Open the work and tap the menu icon in the top-right corner to open the status action sheet. From here you can:

Action When to use
Heading To Tap when you start travelling to the job site
Arrived At Tap when you arrive at the job site

These are optional status updates that let your admin track progress in real time. Each can only be tapped once per work.

Completing a Work

Once you have finished the work and filled in all required details (signature, photos, items), tap either button at the bottom of the work screen:

Button Result
Accept Marks the work as Completed
Reject Marks the work as Failed

Your admin will be notified automatically after submission.

Warning

Make sure all required fields are complete before submitting. The Accept and Reject buttons are disabled if anything is missing — an error message will indicate what still needs to be filled in.
