Submission photos document that a work was completed. You add them through the Photos quick action on the work screen.
Take Photo (camera)
- Open the work
- Tap the Photos action, then choose Take Photo
- Capture the photo
- On the preview screen:
- Tap Rotate 90° if the orientation needs adjusting
- Enter a note in the Photo Notes field (optional, or required depending on your admin's settings)
- Tap Take Another Photo to add more, or Done to finish
Choose from Library (multi-select)
- Open the work
- Tap the Photos action, then choose Choose from Library
- Select one or more photos — you can pick multiple at once
- The Gallery Photos screen opens, showing all selected photos
- For each photo you can:
- Tap the thumbnail to view it full-screen
- Tap the rotate icon to rotate 90°
- Tap the × to remove it from the batch
- Type a note directly in the note field
- To add the same note to every photo at once, tap Apply note to all photos at the top, type the note, then tap Apply
- Toggle Overwrite existing notes if you want to replace notes you have already typed
- Tap Save All Photos to save the entire batch
Tip
If your admin has set a maximum photo limit, the picker will only let you select up to the remaining slots available.
Photo Notes
Each photo has its own note field (200 character limit). Depending on your team's settings, notes may be optional or required before you can save.
What to photograph
Your admin may have specific instructions, but typically:
- The completed work (e.g. treated area, installed unit)
- Any before/after comparisons
After uploading
Photos are saved to the work record and visible to your admin once the work is submitted.
