Zones

Zones define geographic service areas for your business. You can assign works to a zone and filter the work list by location.

Accessing Zones

Go to Settings → Zones.

Column Description
Name Zone name
Description Optional notes
Active Whether the zone is available to select
Created At Date the zone was created

Creating a Zone

  1. Click + Add Zone
  2. Enter:
    • Name — e.g. North Region, City Centre, Suburb East (required)
    • Description — optional notes about the zone
    • Active — toggle on to make the zone available in dropdowns
  3. Click Save

Editing a Zone

Click on a zone row to edit its name, description, or active status.

Deactivating a Zone

Open the zone and toggle Active off to hide it from dropdowns without deleting it. Existing records linked to the zone are not affected.

Deleting a Zone

Click the delete icon on a zone row to permanently remove it.

Tip

Use zones to assign works to the right technician based on their service area, reducing travel time.
