Manage the consumables and parts that your field team carries. The page has two tabs: General (the supply catalogue) and Supply Transactions (the movement history).
General tab

Adding a supply item
- Go to Fleet → Vehicle Supplies
- Click + Add Item
- Fill in the fields:

- Click Save
Editing a supply item
Click any row in the table to open the edit modal. All fields can be updated.
Duplicating a supply item
Click the copy icon in the Actions column to open the Add Item modal pre-filled with the existing item's data. Adjust as needed and click Save to create a new item.
Deleting a supply item
Click the trash icon in the Actions column to permanently delete the item.
Warning
Deleting a supply item cannot be undone.
Assigning supply items to vehicles
Use the Assign to Vehicles action to distribute a supply item's stock across one or more vehicles.
- Click the link icon in the Actions column next to a supply item
- The modal shows the item summary at the top — Name, SKU, and Total Quantity
- Click + Add Vehicle to add a row
- For each row, select a Vehicle and enter the Quantity to assign
- Repeat for additional vehicles
- Click Save
The modal tracks stock as you assign:

| Remaining | Available stock minus total assigned |
Warning
If the total assigned quantity exceeds the item's available stock, a warning is shown and the form cannot be saved. Reduce one or more vehicle quantities before saving.
Other controls in the modal:

| Remove All | Clears all vehicle assignments (confirmation required) |
| Search bar | Appears when more than 5 vehicles are listed; filter by vehicle name |
What happens when you save:
- Each vehicle's assigned quantity is updated in the system
- An adjustment transaction is automatically recorded for each vehicle where the quantity changed
- The item's Quantity in Stock is decremented by the total amount assigned
Supply Transactions tab
A read-only log of all stock movements across vehicles, generated automatically when vehicle assignments are created or updated.
