Note Presets are reusable rich-text templates that can be loaded into the Notes field on quotations and invoices. Use them to save standard terms, disclaimers, or any text you regularly include in your documents.
Accessing Note Presets
Go to Settings → Note Presets.
Creating a Preset
- Click + Add Preset
- Enter a Name to identify the preset
- Type or paste the note content in the rich-text editor — you can format text with bold, lists, and embedded images
- Click Save
Setting a Primary Preset
One preset can be marked as Primary. The primary preset is automatically loaded into the Notes field whenever a new quotation or invoice is created.
To set a preset as primary, click the star icon on the preset row.
Tip
If you have standard payment terms or T&Cs that appear on every document, save them as the primary preset so they're always pre-filled.
Loading a Preset on a Document
When creating or editing a quotation or invoice, click Load Preset next to the Notes field. Select the preset you want to insert — the content replaces the current notes.
Editing a Preset
Click the edit icon on any preset row to update its name or content.
Deleting a Preset
Click the delete icon on any preset row. The primary preset can be deleted; a new primary will need to be set if required.
