Reports give you a summary view of your business activity — revenue from invoices, work volumes, and more — so you can track performance over time.
Accessing Reports
Go to Reports in the sidebar. Reports are split into two main sections:
Document Reports
Summarise invoice and quotation activity:
- Total invoiced amount by date range
- Invoices by status (Draft, Sent, Paid, Overdue)
- Quotation conversion rates
- Revenue broken down by contact or service type
Work Reports
Summarise work activity:
- Works completed vs. total scheduled
- Works by status and technician
- Average work completion time
- Failed or cancelled work counts
Filtering Reports
Use the filter bar at the top of any report to narrow results by:
- Date range — select a preset (This Month, Last Month, This Year) or a custom range
- Contact — filter by a specific client
- Technician / Vehicle — filter by team member or fleet vehicle
- Status — filter by document or work status
Exporting Report Data
Click Export on any report to download a CSV file of the filtered data for use in spreadsheets or external tools.

Run monthly reports and compare them to the previous period to spot trends in revenue or work volume.
