Business Settings lets you configure default text that appears on your work orders and financial documents.
Accessing Business Settings
Go to Settings → Business Settings.
Work Notes
Default notes that are pre-filled on every new work order. Use this for standard instructions or reminders your team should see on every work — for example, safety checklists or site access instructions.
You can override the notes on individual work orders after creation.
Default Notes for Quotations / Invoices
Default footer text that appears on every new quotation and invoice — commonly used for payment terms, bank details, or terms and conditions.
You can edit or remove the notes on individual documents after creation.
