Go to Reports → Ratings Feedback to view all customer ratings submitted for completed works.
Columns
| Column | Description |

| Work ID | The work order number the rating relates to |
| Vehicle Name | The vehicle/driver who completed the work |
| Average Rating | The overall average score across all rating criteria |
| Rating criteria | One column per configured rating criterion, each showing a star score (e.g. Punctuality, Quality) |
| Comment | Optional written comment left by the customer |
| Created At | Date and time the rating was submitted |
The rating criteria columns are dynamic — they appear based on the criteria configured under Settings → Ratings. Each criterion shows a star rating out of 5.
Setting Up Ratings
Configure rating criteria and enable collection under Settings → Ratings.
How Customers Submit Ratings
After a work is completed, the customer receives a notification (if enabled) containing a tracking link. On the tracking page they can view the work summary and submit ratings for each configured criterion, along with an optional comment.
Rating Notifications
Optionally receive an email notification when a new rating is submitted. Configure this under Settings → Notifications.
Tip
Respond promptly to low ratings by following up with the customer — it shows you take feedback seriously.
