Export Notifications
When an export finishes, BeanRails notifies you in two ways:
- In-app toast — a notification appears in the current tab pointing to the Export Log.
- Email — an email is sent to the address of the user who triggered the export. Successful exports include the record count; failed exports include the error reason.
Both notifications link back to Logs → Export Logs so you can download the file or review the failure.
Re-downloading an Export
If you need a file again, click the download icon in the Actions column of any Completed export. The file will open in a new tab.
Warning
Export files are only available for 14 days from the export date. Download and save them if you need to keep them longer.
