- If you're a technician, ask your admin to verify your account is active

- Check your spam/junk folder
- Make sure you entered the correct email
- Wait a few minutes and try again
- Contact your admin or support@beanrails.com
A work isn't showing up in the mobile app
- Pull down to refresh the work list
- Check that the work is assigned to you (ask your admin)
- Log out and log back in
Photos failed to upload
- Check your internet connection
- Try again on Wi-Fi
- If the problem persists, take the photo and upload it when you have a stable connection
The document won't open
- Make sure you have a stable internet connection
- Try closing and reopening the app
- Contact your admin if the document appears missing
