Adding Notes to a Work

You can add remarks or notes to a work to record anything your admin should know — observations at the site, access issues, extra work performed, or any other relevant details.

How to add a note

  1. Open the work from your work list
  2. Tap the Notes action
  3. Type your remarks in the text field
  4. Tap Save Note

The note is saved to the work and visible to your admin.

Editing an existing note

If you've already added a note, it will be pre-filled when you open the Notes screen. Edit the text and tap Save Note to update it.

Clearing a note

Tap Clear (top right of the Notes screen) to remove all text. You'll be asked to confirm before it's cleared.

If you leave the Notes screen without saving, the app will warn you about unsaved changes so you don't lose your text accidentally.
