Pending Submissions

When you submit a completed work, the app sends the data to the server immediately. If your device has no internet connection at that moment, the submission is queued and will sync automatically once connectivity is restored.

Viewing pending submissions

  1. Tap the Work tab
  2. Tap Pending (if shown) to see works waiting to be synced

Each pending work card shows:

  • Work number and client name
  • Address and scheduled date
  • A Pending Sync badge indicating it has not yet uploaded
  • What has been captured — signature, photos, items

When submissions sync

The app retries pending submissions automatically when your internet connection returns. You do not need to do anything manually.

To check if a submission has gone through, pull down to refresh the pending list. If the list is empty, all submissions have synced successfully.

Keep mobile data or Wi-Fi enabled after completing a work to ensure your submission syncs promptly. Your admin cannot see the completed work until the data has uploaded.

Do not uninstall the app or clear its data while there are pending submissions — this will permanently delete the queued data.
