Changing Your Password
You can change your password from within the app:
- Tap the Settings tab
- Tap Reset Password
- Enter your Current Password
- Enter your New Password (minimum 8 characters)
- Re-enter it in Confirm New Password
- Tap Update Password
Your password is updated immediately. Use the new password the next time you log in.
Warning
Your new password must be different from your current one and at least 8 characters long.
Admin Reset
If you have forgotten your password and cannot log in, contact your admin. Admins can reset your password from Fleet → Vehicles — they click the key icon next to your vehicle record and share the newly generated password with you.
