Common Issues

I can't log in

  • Check that you're using the correct email address
  • Make sure Caps Lock is off
  • Try resetting your password via Forgot Password?
  • If you're a technician, ask your admin to verify your account is active

I'm not receiving the password reset email

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Make sure you entered the correct email
  • Wait a few minutes and try again
  • Contact your admin or support@beanrails.com

A work isn't showing up in the mobile app

  • Pull down to refresh the work list
  • Check that the work is assigned to you (ask your admin)
  • Log out and log back in

Photos failed to upload

  • Check your internet connection
  • Try again on Wi-Fi
  • If the problem persists, take the photo and upload it when you have a stable connection

The document won't open

  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection
  • Try closing and reopening the app
  • Contact your admin if the document appears missing

I need to change my email address
