Email Logs

Go to Logs → Email Logs to see a record of all outgoing emails sent by BeanRails on behalf of your team — including invoice sends, quotation sends, and notification emails.

Columns

Column Description
Time Timestamp when the email was sent or attempted
Status Delivery result — see Statuses below
Entity The type of record the email relates to (e.g. Invoice, Quotation)
Entity Number The document number or ID of the related record
Subject Email subject line
Recipient The email address the message was sent to
Error Error message if delivery failed

Statuses

Status Meaning
Sent Email was accepted for delivery
Failed Email could not be delivered; see the Error column for details
Blocked Email was not sent, typically because the recipient address is suppressed or invalid

Tip

If a customer says they did not receive an email, check the Email Logs to confirm whether it was sent and to which address.
