Zones

Zones define geographic service areas for your business. You can use zones to organise works by region and filter work by location.

Accessing Zones

Go to Settings → Zones.

Creating a Zone

1. Click + New Zone
2. Enter:
   • Name — e.g. North Region, City Centre, Suburb East
   • Description — optional notes about the zone
   • Coordinates — define the zone boundary on the map
   • Active — toggle to enable or disable the zone
3. Click Save

Editing a Zone

Click on a zone name to edit its details or adjust the boundary.

Deactivating a Zone

Toggle the Active switch off to hide the zone from dropdowns without deleting it. Existing records linked to the zone are not affected.

Use zones to assign works to the right technician based on their service area, reducing travel time.
