Inviting Your Team

BeanRails has two types of users: Admins and Technicians.

Admins

Admins access the web dashboard and can manage contacts, works, invoices, and settings.

To invite an admin:

1. Go to Settings → Team
2. Click Invite Admin
3. Enter their email address
4. They will receive an email to set their password

Technicians

Technicians access the BeanRails mobile app to view and complete their assigned works.

To add a technician:

1. Go to Settings → Team
2. Click Add Technician
3. Enter their name, email, and phone number
4. They will receive an email with download instructions and login credentials
